Getting started

Create your account and track your first moment in under two minutes.

Creating an account

  1. Go to the homepage and click Sign up free.
  2. Enter your email address, choose a username and a password.
  3. Read and tick the Terms and Conditions checkbox.
  4. Click Create account.
  5. Check your inbox — you will receive a confirmation email from elapso.
  6. Click the link in the email to verify your address. You are then taken to your dashboard.
Tip: If the confirmation email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder. You can request a new link from the verification page.

Logging in

Click Log in in the top navigation bar and enter your email address and password.

Logging out

Click your username in the navigation to open the account menu, then click Log out.

Resetting your password

  1. On the Log in page, click Forgot your password?
  2. Enter the email address linked to your account.
  3. You will receive an email with a reset link. Click it and choose a new password.

Changing the language

elapso is available in English, Dutch, German, French, and Polish. Use the language switcher at the top of the page to change language at any time — your preference is saved for future visits.

Your first event

Once you are logged in, click + New Event in the navigation bar. Fill in a title, pick a date, choose a direction (count down or count up), and click Create Event. Your live ticker starts running immediately.
