Series

A series is an ordered collection of related events shown together on one page.

What is a series?

A series groups events that belong together — for example all the Apollo missions, the stages of a project, or annual family holidays. Visitors to a series page see all events in sequence with their live tickers.

Only you can add events to your own series. Series pages are public.

Creating a series

  1. Go to + New Event and scroll to the Series field, then click the link to create a new series — or go to your profile and look for Manage series.
  2. Enter a name and an optional description.
  3. Click Save.

Adding an event to a series

  1. Open the event form (create a new event or edit an existing one).
  2. In the Series field, choose an existing series from the dropdown.
  3. Optionally enter a Position in series number to control the display order. Events without a position are sorted by date.
  4. Save the event.

Viewing a series

Each event that belongs to a series shows a link to the full series page. From there you can see all events in the series in order.

Editing or deleting a series

Open the series page and click Edit to rename it or update the description. Click Delete to remove the series — this does not delete the individual events, it only removes the grouping.
